Senior Consultant, Recruitment Marketing - Active TS/SCI Required

Work you'll do

As a Recruitment Marketing Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the team, you will be responsible for...


* Supporting a team focused on strengthening recruitment presence and building a qualified talent pipeline.


* Researching academic programs and professional organizations aligned to mission needs to support targeted outreach efforts.


* Initiating and maintaining outreach with institutions and organizations, and preparing monthly summaries on engagement activity and results.


* Managing recruitment tools and sourcing databases to identify qualified candidates, support search activities, and assist with candidate matching and basic candidate management tasks.


* Supporting recruitment marketing efforts through social media outreach, advertising coordination, market insight gathering, marketing material purchases, and campaign performance analytics.

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* 5+ years of experience in recruitment and marketing program support, preferably for a government or public services agency


* 1+ year of experience in working with academic institutions via outreach and engagement to create recruiting pipelines
