Position Summary

The Offer Marketing Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth of Schneider Electric's Drives, Motion and Servo portfolio in Taiwan.

The role develops and executes offer strategies, manages portfolio lifecycle, drives go-to-market initiatives, and supports business growth through effective market segmentation, pricing strategy, and sales enablement.

Working closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Business Units and East Asia Zone teams, the Offer Marketing Manager will accelerate market penetration, strengthen competitive positioning and expand market share across targeted industries.

Master Offer Knowledge and Market Environment


* Develop deep expertise in Schneider Electric's Drives, Motion and Servo portfolio.



* Understand market trends, industry developments, customer requirements and competitive landscape.



* Build strong application knowledge across targeted industry segments.



* Monitor market opportunities and identify growth potential.



* Act as local subject matter expert for the assigned offer portfolio.

Define & Execute Offer Strategy (4P Management)

Product


* Manage portfolio lifecycle including launch, growth, optimization and phase-out activities.



* Align local portfolio strategy with regional and global roadmap.



* Support new offer introduction and adoption.

Price


* Develop pricing strategy to maximize growth and profitability.



* Monitor market pricing and competitive positioning.



* Support margin improvement initiatives.

Place


* Identify target industries, applications and customer segments.



* Develop market penetration plans through direct sales, channels and ecosystem partners.
