Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients.

Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain).

Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.

DCR AI Operations is a global team responsible for delivering, enabling and scaling low-code and pro-code AI solutions across Schneider Digital.

As an AI Solution Engineer, you will design, build and deploy AI solutions across two delivery paths: low-code using platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio and Salesforce Agentforce, and pro-code using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.

You will move fluidly between both, picking the right tool for the use case, not the other way around.

The DCR AI Operations team - a small, central team operating across all of DCR's and CXCT capabilities globally.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, capability Product Owners, Platform architects, Enterprise IT and AI Hub, as well as the growing DCR Makers community across the organization.

Your work will have direct business impact from day one - the solutions you build will serve real users in real capabilities, and will contribute to Schneider Electric's strategic AI priorities for DCR.

You will work directly with business stakeholders to turn real problems into production-ready solutions, owning the full delivery lifecycle - from PoC through to go-live - and ensuring every solution is built to the right quality, governance and documentation standards.

What will you do?

Build and deliver AI solutions for DCR capabilities



* Design and build low-code AI solutions from PoC through to production deployment, Microsoft Copilot Studio and other low-code platforms for standard agentic use cases, and Python with modern AI/ML frameworks for more complex use cases.



* Work directly with business stakeholders and digital capabilities to define scope, validate outputs and iterate based on real user feedback



* Own the end-to-end technical delivery of each use...
