Rockland Trust is seeking a Project Manager III to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives that support the Bank's strategic objectives.

This role manages cross-functional teams, oversees multiple concurrent projects, and ensures delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and security requirements.

The Senior Project Manager partners closely with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, risk management, and executive stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technology projects and programs from initiation through implementation and post-production support.


* Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.


* Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, requirements, and success criteria.


* Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, data management, operations, and third-party vendors.


* Monitor project progress using key performance indicators and provide regular status reporting to senior leadership and governance committees.


* Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while implementing appropriate mitigation plans.


* Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, cybersecurity standards, audit requirements, and technology governance processes.


* Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and communicate project health, milestones, financials, and decisions.
