High school diploma/GED

Qualifications


* 2 years of related machining experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.


* Strong experience with precision grinding and milling.


* CNC machining experience preferred.


* Experience with multi-axis machining, including 5-axis grinding and 3-axis milling.


* Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.


* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.


* Aerospace manufacturing experience is preferred.


* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset.
