* High School Diploma or GED required.


* Technical, manufacturing, or quality-related education is a plus.

Preferred Experience


* Associates degree in a technical field.


* Quality experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace.


* Experience with document control and quality record management.


* Familiarity with customer specifications, engineering drawings, and inspection requirements.


* Experience working with ISO9001 and/or AS9100 QMS standards


* Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC).


* Knowledge of DSQR (Designated Quality Representative/Product Release) processes is preferred.


* Experience performing internal quality audits.


* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and organizing data.


* Strong computer and documentation skills.


* Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
