Senior Analyst, IT Infrastructure

SUMMARY

Ensures optimum IT infrastructure performance optimization, integrity, consistency, and synchronization across infrastructure components.

Follows operational procedures for maintaining and upgrading technology as required.

Involved in supporting new and existing applications.

Works with other IT groups and business units, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.


* Use for jobs that responsible for developing/maintaining internal systems and tools.

Jobs that are responsible for developing products that are sold to customers should use Engineering R&D jobs.

ACCOUNTABILITIES


* Analyzes, installs, acquires, modifies, and supports operating systems, database, or utilities software


* Plans, conducts, and directs the analysis of business problems with automated systems solutions


* Assists in implementing fixes for performance issues and implementing computing architecture based on approved designs


* Assists with problem resolutions that have been escalated


* Participates on cross functional teams to assist in design IT infrastructure architecture
