Committee Operations Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop project scope statements.
- Provide leadership of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) session to identify specific project deliverables and defining accountability per unit.
- Ensure business requirements and tasks are identified to create a detailed MS Project schedule.
- Manage the identified project deliverables for completion by ensuring accountability per participating unit.
- Develop and monitor risk plans to ensure mitigation strategies are in place and being executed.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders.
- Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures.
- Monitor and facilitate the tracking and resolution of issues impacting the project.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer and oversee recurring operational activities and processes to ensure effective day-to-day execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement enhancements to existing processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to support achievement of business goals and objectives.
- Allocate and manage resources based on business priorities and project needs.
- Evaluate and recommend changes to policies and procedures to improve operational effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading and directing the work of cross-functional teams or staff.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in complex operational environments.
- Demonstrated management or leadership experience, including accountability for outcomes.
- Experience supporting operational strategy, resource planning, or business execution priorities.
- Strong ability to foster teamwork and collaborate across organizational units.
