Your Role: Equipment Prep - Technician

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing team responsible for producing high-quality animal health vaccines in a cGMP-regulated environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, supporting aseptic manufacturing processes, and ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient vaccine production while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Responsibilities: 


* Serve as the technical subject matter expert, mentoring and training operators on advanced procedures, equipment, and cGMP best practices 


* Lead troubleshooting of complex process and equipment issues while driving process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and safety 


* Support cGMP compliance by reviewing batch records, participating in deviation investigations, and implementing CAPAs 


* Monitor and analyze real-time process data to ensure operations remain within validated parameters and inform decision-making 


* Partner with leadership to coordinate and deliver training while supporting operational scheduling needs 

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications): 


* Education: Bachelor's degree in microbiology or related scientific field; OR associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant manufacturing experience.


* Experience: Experience in biological, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing environments with exposure to cGMP operations and production equipment.


* Top 2 Skills: Knowledge of aseptic manufacturing and biological production processes combined with strong attention to detail, documentation, and compliance with cGMP and safety requirements.

* Experience operating biological manufacturing equipment such as tanks, drums, autoclaves, valves, filters


* Experience working with ERP or electronic inventory management systems.
