* Lead the planning and delivery of Product Lifecycle enhancements, partnering with Product Management, UX, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
* Define and communicate product priorities and release plans, balancing business value, technical debt, innovation, and team capacity.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, align priorities, and ensure solutions meet customer and business needs.
* Provide day-to-day guidance to the Agile delivery team, removing blockers, clarifying priorities, and driving successful sprint outcomes.
* Ensure quality through backlog refinement, acceptance criteria validation, user acceptance testing, and adherence to Definition of Done and non-functional requirements.
* Coordinate end-to-end delivery and launch activities across engineering, UX, testing, DevOps, legal, training, documentation, marketing, and support functions.
* Support sprint reviews, product demonstrations, release planning, and rollout activities to drive successful adoption and continuous improvement.
