\n The Customer Support Associate supports inbound customer requests via phone and email, resolves order issues, provides product assistance, and helps with warehouse fulfillment when needed.

This position requires multitasking, professionalism, and strong communication skills in a warehouse and eCommerce setting.

Responsibilities



* Respond to inbound calls and emails for order tracking and product support.


* Document and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.


* Assist in warehouse fulfillment and post-order activities.


* Navigate multiple systems to provide timely, accurate service.

Qualifications

Required:

Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Comfort working in a warehouse and customer-facing role.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

and stand for extended periods.

Preferred:

Experience in eCommerce or warehouse operations.

Familiarity with order management and CRM tools.

A focus on customer-first problem solving.
