We are looking for a DE Software & Cybersecurity Lead, East Asia to make an impact!

Mission (About the Role)

As the Digital Energy Software and Cybersecurity Lead, your mission is to drive growth of DE software and cybersecurity solutions and services (SCSS) in the East Asia zone.

In this critical role, you will work with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring DE SCSS growth strategy, country organization and go-to-market (GTM) are deployed effectively.

Product Portfolio -EcoStruxure™ Foresight (EcoStruxure™ Power Operation, Power Monitoring Expert, EcoStruxure™ Building Operation) ,Real-time electric digital twin (Etap) abd Cybersecurity solutions and services (CAP/CAE)

Market Strategy & Positioning


* Establish strong positioning for DE SCSS across priority critical sectors.


* Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned with segment needs (buildings and critical segments like data centers, semiconductor, utilities, industrials, transportation etc.).


* Develop,localize and drive UVP to differentiate SE solutions with software + cybersecurity demonstrating how DE SCSS can enhance safety, reliability, resilience, and compliance for the key segments of interest


* Track competitor landscape and articulate market differentiators (e.g.

ETAP modeling accuracy, real-time digital twins, IEC/ANSI compliance, Zero-Trust digital power security, etc.).

Sales Enablement and Pipeline Acceleration


* Localize DE SCSS segment playbooks, pitch decks, objection-handling guides and pricing frameworks.


* Train the regional sales, segment teams and marketing teams on the scope under the portfolio section.


* Support customer engagements with tailored presentations and reference architectures.

Segment Intelligence & Customer Insights


* Localize DE SCSS segment playbooks, pitch decks, objection-handling guides and pricing frameworks.


* Train the regional sales, segment teams and marketing teams on the scope under the portfolio section.
