Service Engineer

Your IMPACT:


* Installation, configuration and service of electrical equipment.



* Fault finding and troubleshooting, diagnostics.



* Consulting customers on equipment use and maintenance.



* Collaborating with the team to ensure high quality customer service.



* Performing preventive maintenance and modifications at customer locations.



* Daily communication with customers to ensure that their requests are resolved.



* Maintaining tools, test equipment and ensuring their correct calibration.

Ordering spare parts.



* Working with CRM systems (using the escalation process in CRM to resolve customer service issues).



* Timely fulfilment of administrative duties, such as: maintaining customer service logs and internal service records.

Your Profile:


* Higher technical education in electrical engineering or related specialties.



* Experience working with medium and low voltage equipment.



* Knowledge of relay protection and automation.



* Ability to work with frequency converters.



* Analytical mindset and ability to learn quickly.



* Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in a team.



* English level - B1 will be advantage.



* Driving licence (B), readiness for travel 80% of working time.
