Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to lead our financial services department at our Nissan location in Cuyahoga Falls.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for helping our guests secure financing, selecting protective products that fit their needs, and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in automotive dealership finance, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of maximizing PVR (Per Vehicle Retail) while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores.

Key Responsibilities



* Guest Financial Services: Guide guests through the full financial aspects of their vehicle purchase, clearly and transparently explaining financing options, interest rates, and loan terms.


* Product Presentation: Present and sell extended service contracts, gap insurance, paint/fabric protection, and other valuable ancillary products using a consultative, menu-based selling approach.


* Lender Relations: Maintain and leverage strong relationships with primary and secondary lenders to secure competitive financing approvals for a diverse range of credit profiles.


* Compliance & Accuracy: Accurately structure deals, submit deals to lenders, and prepare all legal documentation (contracts, titles, compliance forms) in strict accordance with federal, state, and corporate regulations.


* Collaboration: Partner closely with the Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to ensure a seamless, efficient, and professional transition from the showroom floor to the F&I office.


* Continuous Improvement: Track, analyze, and report on individual performance metrics to continuously improve PVR, penetration rates, and funding turnaround times (CIT).

Qualifications & Skills



* Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an Automotive F&I Manager or Sales Manager with heavy F&I exposure required.


* Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed dealership benchmarks for PVR and product penetration.


* Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS), e-contracting platforms, and menu-selling software.
