Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting CooperVision Business in extending and enhancing our quality operations information capabilities by producing accurate quality operational reports.

Responsibilities include analyzing, documenting, and prioritizing requirements, defining, and writing reports and managing the development, production, and delivery of high quality KPI data to Quality Managers.

This individual is deeply knowledgeable in both our business processes and systems that support one or more related business functions.

The scope of the role includes working with key business stakeholders to interpret business needs and issues, translate them into actionable reports, develop test scenarios and participate in testing as required.

Provides research, analysis, coordination, problem solving, development, data analytics, measuring, and testing related to initiatives directed by QA management for Packaging and Distribution.

This position covers a wide breadth of the quality and operations systems including eQMS, ERPs, and WMS.

Acts as the QA system lead for analytics in both day to day and cross functional projects/teams.

Requires independent decision making to identify, define, and develop the data analytics and measuring tools required.

Interaction with both global and local teams and systems within sites.
