* High School diploma or equivalent


* 3 years of Aerospace sheet metal experience


* Deburr experience (use of abrasive and finishing buffing wheels)


* Ability to use calipers, micrometers, indicators, tape measures, pie tapes, go - no go gages.


* Use of band saws including cut to scribe templet lines.


* Blueprint reading experience


* Strong math and problem solving


* Attention to detail
