* High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Experience


* 4-7 years of progressive EHS experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership or multi-site role overseeing a team of 2 direct reports


* Demonstrated experience in regulatory compliance, audits, incident investigation, and risk management.


* Experience in manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or distribution environments strongly preferred.


* Multi-site, aerospace, or national experience highly desirable.

Salary Range:

The base pay range for this position in California is $140,000 - $165,000 /year.

Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Oversight


* Provide strategic direction, tools, and guidance to ensure consistent implementation of EHS programs and standards


* Champion a proactive, prevention-focused safety culture across all levels of the organization


* Partner with operations and leadership to embed EHS best practices into daily business activities.

* Coordinate and document annual company and branch EHS goals


* Lead corporate safety committee monthly review meetings


* Operational lead interface with safety partners in conjunction with shop floor employees plus Operations Team
