* Previous experience working with CNC cutting tools preferred.


* High school diploma or GED preferred.


* Ability to use precision measuring equipment, including digital calipers and tape measures.


* Ability to safely use hand tools, including torque wrenches.


* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.


* Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Excel experience preferred.


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain an organized work area.


* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout the workday.


* Commitment to following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.



* Collect CNC tooling from machines and workstations.


* Change inserts on cutting tools.


* Organize the tool crib and tooling locations, maintain accurate fixture locations, and enter inventory into spreadsheets.


* Monitor tooling and supply levels and notify Supervisors and Team Leads when inventory reaches minimum levels.


* Perform other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as assigned.
