Position Details


* Position: Full-Time


* Schedule: Full-Time Shifts Available


* Pay: $38.00-$40.00 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities

As a Full-Time LVN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care and supporting the health and well-being of our residents.


* Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.


* Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team.


* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.


* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, rehabilitation staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal resident outcomes.


* Advocate for residents while providing compassionate care and support to residents and their families.


* Promote a safe, respectful, and healing environment for all residents.

Qualifications


* Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing.


* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
