Responsibilities


* Assess residents' conditions and monitor changes in their health status.


* Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.


* Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders and facility protocols.


* Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding treatment plans and health management.


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.


* Respond promptly and effectively to changes in resident conditions and emergency situations.


* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of resident care.


* Advocate for residents while promoting safety, dignity, and quality of life.

Qualifications


* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California in good standing.


* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


* Long-term care or post-acute experience is preferred but not required.
