Responsibilities


* Provide skilled therapeutic treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.


* Assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals while promoting safety and independence.


* Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.


* Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercise programs, mobility techniques, and restorative care.


* Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with California Physical Therapy Board regulations and facility standards.

Qualifications


* Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.


* Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
