Tice Valley Post Acute is looking for caring, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our outstanding nursing team.

We are currently hiring Full-Time CNAs for AM, PM, and NOC shifts.

Position Details


* Position: Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)


* Shifts Available: AM, PM, and NOC


* Pay: Starting at $23.00 per hour


* Schedule: 4 Days On / 2 Days Off Rotation


* Location: Tice Valley Post Acute, Walnut Creek, CA

What You'll Do


* Provide quality daily nursing care according to each resident's individualized care plan


* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility


* Help residents during meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration


* Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team


* Answer call lights promptly while providing compassionate care


* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges


* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents


* Document care accurately and follow all facility policies and procedures

Qualifications


* Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


* Compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach to care


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment


* Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus, but not required
