As a Client Solutions Architect Manager in Healthcare Payments, you lead the solutioning process for complex client opportunities, shaping comprehensive product solutions that drive technical adoption and measurable client value.
Leveraging deep product and industry expertise, you guide internal teams and client stakeholders, translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, and ensure outcomes are realized.

Job responsibilities:
* Leads the configuration and modification of the firm's products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to fit complex client use cases
* Supports Sales in solutioning and mandating deal stages for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning
* Engages with technical members of client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities and solutions
* Identifies and defines development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback
* Apply a consultative approach with clients, assisting in understanding their current and future needs, and guiding them through complex technical decisions, best practices, and architectural standards.
* Drive detailed solution design documentation (e.g., Project Charters or Statements of Work) by gathering client objectives, technical requirements, project complexity, and desired outcomes, while identifying implementation risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
* Collaborate with key internal partners in Banking, Treasury, Client Solutions, Operations, and Product Management to build and maintain effective working relationships.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
* Success requires a superior ability to understand and navigate clients through change - aligning objectives, environments, resources and timelines to document and deliver an effective solution addressing the problems faced in today's healthcare payments industry.
