Work you'll do

As a Manager on the Insurance Solutions team, you will be responsible for defining the end-to-end architecture for Guidewire solutions, serving as a bridge between client stakeholders and Deloitte delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable, secure configuration and integration designs.


* Lead solution architecture for Guidewire implementations across policy, billing, and claims transformations within insurance client environments


* Translate business, functional, and technical requirements into configuration, integration, and data architecture decisions


* Establish technical standards, guide solution design reviews, and validate prototypes to support delivery quality, scalability, and security


* Oversee architecture support across build, testing, deployment, and production readiness activities while managing technical risks and dependencies


* Lead teams and mentor junior practitioners across workstreams, stakeholder interactions, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
