Senior SHAREM Exercise Planner

Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives.

From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability.

Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.

Work You'll Do

As a Project - Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the project, you will:


* Coordinate objectives, plans, and logistics with external operational staff.


* Develop test and data collection plans.


* Participate in planning conferences supporting exercises.


* Draft Test Plan/OPORD, Data Collection Plan and Analysis Plan based upon input generated during planning conferences.


* During exercises, assist ships' company in comprehending and executing plans, and ensure they collect pertinent data required to support exercise reconstruction and analysis.


* Communicate exercise results orally and in written formats to representatives of naval commands, engineering labs, and program offices.


* Assist in providing insight during ad hoc workshops and conferences.
