M&A Human Capital Senior Consultant

As an M&A Human Capital Senior Consultant you will advise corporate and private equity clients on human capital matters across the deal lifecycle, with a focus on organization transformation and HR strategy.
You will work across diligence, integration, separation, and workforce planning efforts while helping clients address people, culture, and operating model decisions that shape transaction outcomes.

Work You'll Do
As an M&A Human Capital Senior Consultant, as part of the M&A Integration and Divestiture market offering, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting human capital workstreams across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring engagements for corporate and private equity clients
* Assessing organizational, workforce, culture, and HR operating model impacts and developing recommendations to support transaction objectives
* Leading elements of change management, stakeholder engagement, and communications planning to support workforce transition and adoption
* Assisting with the design and implementation of HR functional integration activities across areas such as HR systems, service delivery, total rewards, payroll, leadership development, and talent strategy
* Developing analyses, client deliverables, and implementation plans related to organization design, workforce optimization, and post-transaction execution
