Sales Operations Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Process Automation in Industrial Automation division in Korea.

In this role, you will support commercial execution, sales governance, order intake management, forecasting, reporting, and data discipline across the business.

You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Global Delivery Operations, Strategy & Commercial Operations, Procurement, and regional stakeholders across Singapore, Korea, Japan, and Taiwan to ensure that business decisions are supported by accurate data, timely follow-up, and strong operational governance.

What will you do?


* Support quarterly Rolling Forecast preparation by consolidating opportunity data, validating forecast assumptions, and aligning updates with relevant stakeholders.


* Support Sales Incentive Target setting & management for Korea and in-year target adjustment processes as needed.


* Provide Sales Incentive attainment for Korea, Japan, and Taiwan with valid evidence.


* Deliver commercial and executive reporting by coordinating with multiple stakeholders to collect, validate, and consolidate business inputs.


* Support regular sales meetings, including weekly sales meetings, monthly commercial updates, quarterly business review(QBR), leadership visit meetings, and ad-hoc business requests.


* Provide analysis on order intake performance, pipeline movement, forecast gaps, customer visit activities, and key business risks.


* Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure approved orders are booked accurately and on time.


* Track order intake status, booking progress, slipped projects, forecast orders, and potential gaps against business targets.


* Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales cadence reports to support business reviews and decision-making.


* Maintain proper approval records and supporting documents for audit and governance purposes.


* Monitor CRM / bFO data quality and follow up with Sales teams to ensure opportunities, forecast categories, close dates, order values, and customer information are properly maintained.


* Support sales discipline and KPI tracking through regular data checks, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up.


* Enhance efficiency across recurring sales operational processes.

What qualifications will make you successful?

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
+ 2-5 years of experience in Operations or a related function.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, order intake, forecast, pipeline, and target achievement data.
