About the Program
Our 2-year Graduate Program is designed to help you learn, grow, and create impact:

Year 1 - Foundation Year (Learn & Develop)


* Build strong foundations through structured learning


* Gain hands-on experience


* Exposure to Schneider Electric's cutting-edge technologies and great collaborative work environment

Year 2 - Stretch Assignment (Thrive & Impact)


* Step into a meaningful mission across diverse business areas


* Apply your skills in meaningful ways and take real ownership of your work


* Make a tangible impact by contributing directly to projects and customer outcomes

Program Duration: February 2027 - January 2029

We're looking for passionate Graduates who can bring new ideas, a different way of thinking, and who can challenge the way we do things!

If you have recently completed, or are currently completing the last year of a bachelor's degree in the below disciplines, we would love to hear from you


* Bachelor of Electrical Engineering


* Bachelor of Industrial Engineering

Key InformationJoin us at the Schneider Electric Benalla Plant (Victoria), where we manufacture innovative electrical distribution solutions, including medium-voltage switchgear and automation systems.

Our products support industries such as renewable energy, data centers, and smart buildings, helping our customers achieve sustainability and efficiency.
