IB Data Steward

Job Responsibilities


* Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of Installed Base (IB) data by identifying and correcting data quality issues, missing information, and anomalies.


* Perform data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and maintenance activities across various systems and tools.


* Support country stakeholders in updating and maintaining IB data while ensuring compliance with data governance standards.


* Document data corrections and findings to support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.


* Assist in IB creation using multiple data sources such as audits, SLDs, and other available records.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Order Management, Customer Care, and Services teams to drive high-quality data management.


* Identify repetitive manual processes and recommend opportunities for automation and operational efficiency improvements.


* Provide support and guidance to users on data maintenance practices and tools as needed.

Required Qualifications


* Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.


* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


* Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.


* Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications


* Background in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or related disciplines) is an advantage but not required.


* Experience working with data or supporting business operations is a plus.


* Exposure to data tools such as Power BI, SQL, ERP, or CRM systems is a plus.


* Demonstrates a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
