Software Solution Sales Specialist

Mission:

Drive revenue growth and customer success by developing, positioning, and closing high-value digital transformation solutions for industrial clients.

Act as a trusted advisor by aligning Schneider Electric's digital offerings with customer business priorities, enabling long-term value creation and supporting clients in their transformation journey.

Responsibilities:

+ Align with internal sales strategy, develop segment-based positioning, and validate go-to-market approaches with regional leadership (IDT Europe & Zone)
+ Build and expand relationships with key accounts through targeted engagement with senior decision-makers to grow the digital transformation pipeline
+ Promote Schneider Electric's digital portfolio (including AVEVA) to generate new business opportunities
+ Develop and deliver technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with project managers, consultants, and specialists within the DTD organization
+ Convert identified opportunities into orders (consulting services, projects, programs, and service contracts)
+ Support execution phases by identifying and selling follow-up opportunities along the transformation journey
+ Act as a business partner for customers and internally to ensure sustainable value creation and alignment

Skills & Experience:

+ Experience in complex B2B sales with large accounts, particularly in projects and services
+ Strong consultative selling capabilities combined with solution selling and business case development
+ Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders and decision-makers
+ Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and results orientation
+ High level of collaboration and ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams
+ Solid understanding of digital transformation, industrial software, and solution architecture
+ Ability to manage ambiguity and solve moderately complex business challenges independently
+ Coaching and leadership skills, with experience guiding teams or leading medium to large projects
+ Experience in software or digital solution sales (e.g., AVEVA) considered a strong advantage

Education

+ Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or a related field
+ Fluency in English required
