Talent Acquisition Partner
Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple manufacturing facilities, with a primary focus on skilled trades, maintenance, engineering, operations, and other technical positions.
This role serves as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent in highly competitive labor markets.
While the primary emphasis is on technical recruiting, this position also supports leadership, professional, corporate, and production hiring across the organization as business needs require.
This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Talent Leader.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, maintenance, engineering, operations, and leadership positions.
* Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill skilled trades and maintenance positions.
* Conduct intake meetings and evaluate technical competencies.
* Build proactive talent pipelines through networking, trade schools, military programs, and industry associations.
* Partner with all levels of leadership.
* Manage ATS documentation, recruiting metrics, compliance, and onboarding processes.
* Represent the company at recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
* Support the design, implementation, and growth of the Maintenance Apprenticeship Program.
* Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business or other applicable degree or a combination of education and experience.
* 3 years of HR recruiting experience in a matrixed manufacturing organization preferred.
Union experience is a plus.
* Experience recruiting maintenance, skilled trades, engineering, manufacturing, or technical talent required.
* Apprenticeship program or workforce development experience strongly preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
* Strong verbal, written and presentation skills; communicates effectively at all levels of the organization.
* Sense of urgency relating to hiring, retention and goals.
* Excellent collaboration, relationship building and influencing skills.
* Effective change leadership skills.
* Ability to multi-task, retain focus and composure in a fast-paced environment.
Licenses / Certifications:
PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
Work Conditions:
Office environment with ability to travel up to 15% domestically.
