Commercial Data & Reporting Manager

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

As a Manager at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives.

In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed.


* Own Snowflake operations across landing, staging, and EDW layers monitoring data pipelines, ensuring SLA compliance, and driving data quality checks across 90+ inbound and outbound interfaces.


* Lead Matillion ETL development, semantic model maintenance, schema refreshes, and enhancement delivery within a fixed-capacity model.


* Act as first point of escalation for incidents, managing ticket prioritization and service requests through ServiceNow


* Partner with business stakeholders to deliver pre-approved change requests including business rule changes, KPI additions, and data model enhancements


* Collaborate across Power BI reporting, MDM, and omnichannel workstreams to ensure seamless data integration and downstream alignment


* Serve as the primary onshore lead driving day-to-day delivery, and engaging directly with commercial business stakeholders and technology leadership in a pharmaceutical environment
