The Role:
Join Schneider Electric as the Regional Standardized Offer & Sales Development Expert and drive the growth of Industrial Automation across East Asia.
In this strategic regional role, you will shape market expansion, strengthen partner networks, and influence business outcomes by delivering innovative automation solutions.
Collaborating with country, regional, and global teams, you will play a key role in driving transformation and creating a lasting impact in a rapidly evolving industry.
What will you do?
* Identify and review market trends strategy involved to drive Go-To-Market Standardized Offer growth with stakeholders.
* To gain market share within the region and in targeted application.
* Design sales and marketing strategies for offer portfolio and arranging technical Seminars.
* Evaluate and improve existing channel marketing strategies, develop new channel marketing strategies and implement action plans.
* Ability to effectively market the key values and functions of standardized offer within multiple Go-To-Market & drive sales.
* Build deep understanding of key OEM to promote and convert standardized architecture by leading sales technical engagement.
* Leverage the channel to address the customer applications & nurturing them for technical capability enhancement.
* Build market intelligence and implement battle cards against local competitors.
* Drive digital campaigns to grow long-tail customers for lead generation.
* Monitor and improve customer satisfaction within the region.
Concentrate on the "voice of the customer" with the Line of Business in the monthly cadence to build sustainable growth.
What qualifications will make you successful?
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical), Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
* Min 3+ years of sales / business development experience in Industrial Automation, Industrial Components, Manufacturing, OEMs, Machine Builders, System Integrators, Distributors, or Automation Vendors.
* Proven track record in business development, sales, product marketing, channel management, or technical sales within the industrial automation industry.
