* Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety and/or Environmental Engineering
* Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an environmental, health, and/or safety function
* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
* Preferred 5 years of professional experience in environmental, health, and/or safety function
* Knowledge of Aerospace forging, machining, & fastening processes preferred
* Strong knowledge and experience in interpreting, applying and documenting federal, state and local safety and environmental regulations
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Familiarity and implementation of machine guarding and industrial hygiene programs
* Lead and offer guidance to site team on risk assessment and risk prediction to mitigate risk of task-based activities as well as facilitate safety team meetings, problem solving teams/meetings and EHS planning meetings within the organization.
* Ensure Compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety Requirements.
* Supports location EHS Manager in the overall EHS process implementation and oversight.
* Supports development and implementation of the EHS management system.
* Writes procedures, administers requirements, and conducts recordkeeping.
