You will:


* Influence future mobile product design by providing technical expertise and engineering leadership, with a strong focus on the front-end design cycle


* Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to define innovation strategies and generate customer-focused design concepts


* Lead technical decision-making across multiple disciplines, including industrial design, usability, quality, and reliability


* Develop and communicate design concepts using 3D CAD and FEA tools, and validate proof-of-concept prototypes for seamless integration


* Drive design enablement with external partners, ensuring solutions meet specifications and are ready for integration into the product portfolio

Here's what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements


* 9+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, with a proven track record of delivering innovative, high-quality designs


* Deep expertise in engineering design principles, including large-scale production, sheet metal, injection molding, electrical interconnects, heat extraction, and vibration control


* Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD systems (CREO preferred), with the ability to create concept models, analyze production designs, and clearly communicate technical ideas
