Job Summary

As a Product Manager for Portfolio Management, you will own the strategy and delivery of Neovest's accounting, IBOR, and General Ledger capabilities - products that sit at the core of how our clients operate.

Day to day, you will translate the nuanced requirements of fund managers and back-office teams into a clear, executable product roadmap, working hand-in-hand with engineering, implementation, and client-facing colleagues to bring high-quality features to market.

You will engage directly with clients and prospects, building the deep domain credibility that makes great financial software possible.

Job responsibilities


* Own the product vision and roadmap for accounting, IBOR, and General Ledger capabilities, translating business priorities into a clear, sequenced delivery plan


* Engage directly with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders to surface requirements, validate product decisions, and build lasting domain credibility


* Document complex accounting workflows and client requirements with precision, ensuring engineering and implementation teams have the clarity needed to execute


* Partner cross-functionally with engineering, implementation, and client-facing teams to deliver high-quality, scalable features on schedule


* Define and track product success metrics, providing regular reporting and insight to senior stakeholders on adoption, impact, and roadmap progress


* Monitor industry trends across investment accounting, IBOR, and portfolio management technology to inform ongoing innovation and competitive positioning


* Maintain strong controls and ensure product decisions align with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and data integrity standards

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or investment management, with meaningful time spent in financial software - accounting systems, IBOR, OMS/PMS, or adjacent
