Platform Product Manager-Payments-Vice President

You will own the platform product roadmap, ensuring both discretionary and non-discretionary network requirements are prioritized and executed accurately and on time.

The Platform Product Owner will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including Regional Product Managers, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Client Services-to define requirements, oversee development and integration, and provide ongoing product support.

As a Platform Product Manager in Merchant Services, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.

As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value.

Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.

With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities:


* Own and manage platform product strategy and roadmap and strategic investment delivery for our Debit portfolio.


* Prioritize and deliver network requirements, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk of over/under billing and penalties.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, oversee development, integration, and provide ongoing support for new payment method builds.


* Pursue mandate waivers and extensions to optimize delivery timelines and cost efficiency.


* Drive revenue growth and client acquisition through delivery of new capabilities and maximizing portfolio profitability.


* Maintain and update product collateral, and support client enablement through meetings, RFPs, and issue resolution.


* Monitor and report on product adoption, utilization, and financial metrics.


* Ensure audit and risk assessment readiness, compliance management, and support for product oversight and controls.


* Expand team processes to include new payment methods and platforms.


* Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability within the team.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area


* Experience in product management in payments or financial services.


* Strong understanding of global payment networks, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.


* Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
