Job Description:
Join a customer-focused team where you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for customers across Europe.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be at the heart of daily customer communication, helping to build strong relationships and ensure smooth order handling.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a proactive attitude, a passion for customer service excellence, and exceptional English skills who enjoys working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently (Support order fulfilment by sharing the right order and shipping information with customers)
* Handle customer enquiries by phone, email, online channels, and in person (Respond to customer questions and help resolve complaints in a professional manner)
* Provide clear information on products, services, pricing, and delivery updates
* Take a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and solving problems early
* Maintain customer accounts and update records of enquiries, complaints, and interactions
* Follow up with customers on claims, service issues, or planned adjustments
* Support internal and external sales teams
* Keep files, systems, and data entry tasks up to date
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate specialist or colleague
Education and Experience
* Experience in customer service, sales support, administration, or a similar role is preferred
* Practical experience in the industry, positive attitude, and willingness to learn are highly valued
Skills and Knowledge
* Strong customer-focused mindset
* Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach
* Excellent communication skills in English and the local native language are essential, both written and spoken
* Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Good organisational and administrative skills
