We're looking for PRN Occupational Therapists (OT), Physical Therapists (PT), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our skilled nursing team.

What You'll Do

As a PRN therapist, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered therapy services to residents in our skilled nursing facility.

You'll:


* Evaluate and treat patients according to individualized care plans


* Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and interdisciplinary team members to maximize patient outcomes


* Complete timely and accurate documentation

What We're Looking For


* Current Oregon license as an OT, PT, or SLP


* Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain)


* Strong clinical judgment and communication skills


* Ability to adapt to changing patient needs
