What You'll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll help residents regain the skills they need to safely perform everyday activities and maximize their independence.

Responsibilities include:


* Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans


* Provide skilled therapeutic interventions focused on improving functional independence and quality of life


* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate resident care


* Educate residents and families on adaptive equipment, home safety, and therapeutic techniques


* Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans to achieve the best possible outcomes


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

Qualifications


* Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
