Key Responsibilities



* Manage and maintain accurate patient therapy schedules.


* Create, update, and format detailed data reports.


* Organize and track department documentation and files.


* Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and families.


* Assist clinical staff with daily administrative operations.


* Assist therapist with rx as necessary

Required Qualifications



* Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


* Excel: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.


* Reporting: Direct experience creating detailed data reports.


* Service: Proven background in customer service roles.

Preferred Qualifications


* Scheduling: Prior experience managing complex appointment calendars.
