Your Role: Senior Specialist Finance
 

The role of Senior Specialist Finance is to ensure the efficient and accurate execution of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, focusing on order management, collections, and customer experience.

This position requires a high level of professional communication in Dutch and French, ensuring that customer accounts are managed effectively while maintaining strict adherence to Elanco’s global policies and internal controls.

Your Responsibilities:



* Order & Complaint Management: Effectively process all manual orders (phone, fax, email) and customer complaints, ensuring priority for urgent requests within agreed KPIs to deliver a positive customer experience.


* Financial Analysis: Analyze account discrepancies and sales interface issues (Idocs) to ensure customer accounts are enabled for payment and sales orders flow correctly.


* Collections & Disputes: Analyze outstanding customer aging to identify priorities.

Engage proactively with customers via phone or email to prompt collections and resolve disputes regarding billings, credits, or payments.


* Billing & Reporting: Manage the billing process and review key metrics/KPIs, communicating results to stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.


* Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the "go-to" information resource for O2C Customer Service queries and support global/regional projects aimed at improving process efficiency.


* Team Support: Demonstrate flexibility by providing cover for team members and training new joiners to maintain a high-performing GBS environment.


* Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate a strong CI-oriented mindset, actively working with core team members and the Global O2C team to identify and drive process enhancements.


* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, business partners, and LSP (Logistics Service Provider) team members.


* Product Knowledge: Maintain a solid understanding of Elanco’s product lines within the assigned markets to better serve customer needs.
