Workday Post-Implementation HCM & FIN Delivery Senior Consultant

Work You'll Do

As a Delivery Senior Consultant on the team, you will be responsible for:


* Serving as the primary point of contact for Workday HCM and FINs Application Managed Services (AMS)/Operations & Maintenance (O&M)


* Leading day-to-day delivery of Workday AMS support services across HCM and FINs


* Overseeing incident, problem, and request management activities, including triage, root-cause analysis, prioritization, escalation, and end-to-end resolution of production issues


* Partnering with functional, technical, and client stakeholders to design, test, and deploy Workday enhancements and fixes that improve system performance, usability, and operational effectiveness


* Coaching and coordinating a team of 6-8 delivery resources, driving accountability, quality, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement
