Job responsibilities
* Develops and executes comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
* Identifies and mitigates risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
* Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
* Utilizes advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
* Utilizes technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementation
* Champions the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 5+ years in technical program/project management leading complex infrastructure and platform initiatives in a large-scale enterprise environment.
* Proven ability to drive end-to-end delivery (scope, plan, RAID, dependencies, milestones, change control) with clear accountability and minimal supervision.
* Cloud technology experience required.
* Demonstrated technical fluency to partner effectively with engineers/architects, challenge assumptions, and ensure deliverables meet engineering and operational standards (without requiring you to be the primary implementer).
* Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional teams, including technology, security/risk, and business partners.
