As a Collections Recovery Specialist III within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in mitigating financial loss by negotiating payments and offering solutions to resolve delinquent accounts.
You will engage with customers in a metrics-driven environment, demonstrating sensitivity and compassion.
Your role is vital in maintaining our commitment to customer respect and empathy, while exploring the use of artificial intelligence to enhance decision-making processes.
Job responsibilities
* Engage with customers by actively listening and responding to inquiries, demonstrating empathy to build trust and maintain a positive brand perception.
* Negotiate to develop and propose payment plans or solutions beneficial for both the customer and the bank.
* Apply critical thinking to select and implement solutions for resolving delinquent accounts, considering customer eligibility and circumstances.
