Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, high-producing Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to lead our financial services department.

This is not an entry-level position.

We are specifically looking for a seasoned closer who can manage high deal flow, maximize profitability, maintain strict legal compliance, and deliver top-notch satisfaction to our Guests.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

To be considered for this elite role, candidates must meet the following strict criteria:


* Proven F&I Track Record: Must have actively worked in a franchised automotive F&I Manager role for at least 3 of the last 5 years.


* Elite Performance Metrics: Must be able to provide documented proof of performance showing a historical PRU over $2,000 and a 2+ product penetration per copy at the time of the interview.


* Live Demonstration: Candidates will be required to "spin a deal" live during the interview process to demonstrate their real-time competence, menu presentation technique, and objection-handling skills.

Skill fishing or theoretical experience will be immediately identified.

Key Responsibilities



* Maintain an elite level of performance, consistently exceeding a $2,000 PRU and 2+ product penetration.


* Provide a seamless, transparent, and efficient financing experience for all Guests.


* Utilize menu selling techniques to present 100% of products to 100% of Guests, 100% of the time.


* Secure financing options by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with prime, sub-prime, and manufacturer-captive lenders.


* Accurately structure deals for maximum profitability, submit deals to lenders for approval, and secure prompt funding.


* Ensure absolute compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., Red Flags, OFAC, Safeguards Rule).


* Work closely with the Sales Management team to optimize floor traffic and secure high closing ratios.
