Mission
As a Supply Chain Services Manager, you will lead and optimize end-to-end Supply Chain and Logistics operations supporting the Services business.
You will drive operational excellence across supplier management, transportation, warehousing, inventory optimization, service fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
The role is responsible for building a high-performance team, ensuring efficient execution, reducing lead times, improving working capital, and delivering measurable business value through continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead service supply chain operations across suppliers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders.
• Define and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage supplier performance through KPIs and governance.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and stock optimization.
• Drive logistics cost reduction initiatives.
• Lead S&OP activities.
• Mitigate risks and ensure continuity.
• Collaborate across Sales, Services, GSC, Procurement and Finance.
• Develop talent and foster an inclusive culture.
• Champion digitalization and automation.

Qualifications & Experience
• 5+ years Supply Chain experience.
• People management experience.
• Fluent English.
• Supplier management expertise.
• ERP/SAP knowledge.
• Lean and Continuous Improvement background.
Soft Skills
Leadership, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, resilience, accountability, customer centricity, collaboration, innovation, coaching and change management.
KPIs
OTIF, inventory turns, supplier performance, customer satisfaction, logistics cost optimization, productivity and employee engagement & development.
