Your mission:
* Lead and deliver real estate projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality objectives are met.
* Manage external partners (brokers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers) and coordinate cross-functional teams.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define workplace strategies, business requirements, and space optimization solutions.
* Oversee project budgets, cost control, procurement, and contract negotiations to maximize value.
* Ensure the delivery of sustainable, compliant, and employee-centric workplaces while representing Schneider Electric's interests externally.
Your mindset:
* Educational background in Real Estate and/or Construction management, Engineering Degree or Architectural degree
* Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial real estate, construction management, and building systems.
* Experience managing construction projects, lease negotiations, landlord relationships, and broker partnerships.
* Proven ability to develop and manage project budgets, schedules, cost estimates, and business cases.
* Understanding of sustainability principles, including LEED certification, energy efficiency, and smart building solutions.
* Strong project management, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with excellent English communication proficiency.
