The Role: Account Manager

The Account Manager - Industrial Automation is responsible for driving business growth through strategic account development, customer relationship management, and solution selling across assigned industries and accounts.

This role focuses on developing End User customers, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting Schneider Electric's Industrial Automation, Industrial Software, Digitalization, and Sustainability solutions to achieve sustainable growth, market share expansion, and long-term customer success.

What will you do?

Business Development


* Achieve assigned Orders, Sales, and Profitability targets.


* Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned industries and customer accounts.


* Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with business objectives.


* Increase Schneider Electric's market share and customer penetration.

Account Management


* Manage assigned strategic and target accounts.


* Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders at multiple levels, including technical, operational, and management teams.


* Establish Schneider Electric as a trusted advisor for automation and digital transformation initiatives.


* Develop long-term account strategies and growth plans.

Opportunity Management


* Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.


* Lead sales opportunities from identification through closure.


* Coordinate internal resources to maximize customer value and win rates.


* Maintain forecast accuracy and provide regular business updates.

Solution Selling


* Promote Schneider Electric's Industrial Automation portfolio, including:


* PLC / PAC Solutions


* Motion Control Solutions


* HMI & SCADA Solutions


* Industrial Edge Solutions
