The Role: Digital Energy BMS & Solution Sales
This is a senior sales position focused on solution selling of Building Management System (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) to Schneider targeted segment (Hotel, Healthcare, Commercial Building, Industry , and Mining).
The role will be required to manage system integrators, identify, qualify, propose, and close deals in an effective and efficient manner.
Applicants must have ability to understand channel management, business needs, develop relationships with executives (internal and external), map project stakeholders and key decision maker.
The ideal candidate must have a strong BMS and solution sales background
The role is based in Jakarta
What will you do?
Sales:
* Deliver annual order & sales targets for Digital Energy through partners and direct Solution Business (BMS & EPMS).
* Drive solution selling through partners and to Schneider targeted segment (Hotel, Healthcare, Commercial Building, Industry , and Mining).
* Manage and close business opportunities through accurate forecasting, account and opportunity planning, resource allocation and opportunity management.
* Establish and maintain partners and End User relationships.
Project/Solution Management:
* Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Digital Energy Solution (BMS & EPMS) and all associated system that will connected to Digital Energy Solution.
* Identify and Map Project stakeholder up to customer executive level
* Act as Digital Energy representative to lead collaboration between Schneider Electric BUs (local & global)
* Coordinate closely with internal sales, sales support, Product teams, Project execution team and service resources to align solution design with customers' business requirements.
What qualifications will make you successful?
* Experienced in BMS & EPMS more than 3 years.
* Experienced in Channel Management
* Experienced and have strong solution sales background.
* Proven ability to manage complex project
* Strong Leardeship with Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
